• By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We do not permit minors to create accounts or use the service under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account, contact us at legal@askiras.com and we will remove it promptly.

tx.io is a poker strategy training tool. It is not a gambling service.

• We do not accept deposits, withdrawals, or wagers.
• All scenarios and "chips" in the product are fictitious and have no monetary value.
• We do not facilitate real-money poker play on any regulated or unregulated site.
• Results in the training environment do not predict, guarantee, or imply any outcome at a real table.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on the platform — including questions, explanations, coaching responses, design, and software — is owned by Almida Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

AI-assisted content: Training scenarios, explanations, and coaching responses on tx.io are produced using a combination of solver outputs, proprietary analysis, and AI assistance. They are original content. Poker terminology (blinds, positions, ranges, GTO, bet sizing, etc.) is generic and refers to commonly used concepts in the poker community; no trademarked terminology of any specific poker operator, tournament, or software is used without attribution.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell our content
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the platform
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform
• Use the platform to develop competing products
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

In addition, specific to tx.io:

• No live-play use: Do not use tx.io during live play in any regulated jurisdiction or on any online poker site. Most regulated poker rooms prohibit real-time assistance (RTA) tools, and using tx.io during a live hand may violate the terms of service or law applicable to that operator.
• No automation or scraping: Do not programmatically access, crawl, or extract training content from the platform.
• No redistribution: Do not share, publish, or resell scenario outputs or coaching responses outside your personal training use.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content is free of errors or omissions
• Use of the platform will result in any particular outcome

We are not responsible for decisions made based on content provided through the platform.

Poker outcomes: tx.io is a study tool. We do not guarantee any specific tournament result, cash-game earn rate, or skill improvement. Poker outcomes depend on factors outside our control including variance, opponent skill, table selection, and personal discipline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almida Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
